- Try to publish and test the menu online, possibly you have local settings issue.
- Try to start with a blank page, possibly your page have errors or conflicting script.
- Make sure that your page loads SWF and JS files.
- Use FireBug extension (Click 'Net' tab to check if loading of SWF and JS files was successful).
- Make sure that you don't insert the menu inside a form tag.
